Information You Need

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind about an item, please first email us at afarcrycollective@gmail.com with the reason for your return. We’ll then ask you to send it back within 14 days of receipt of delivery, in perfect saleable condition, and we will refund your order value, excluding the postage cost.
Please note we do not refund the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service, insured to the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We will not exchange goods that show signs of wear, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse: This includes any animal or pet hair, marks or soiling. In this instance the original goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
Refunds will be issued by the same method that you paid.
Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty, and if valued under £20, will be sent via standard postal services.

What are your Shipping times and rates?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and take 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch, in addition to shipping times. 

Shipping costs for UK orders:

   - Greetings Cards - free

   - Prints- £1.75

   - Original Art - £3.99

   - Large Prints - £4.99

   - clairecansew products - £2.99

 

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, within 2-3 Working Days. Total shipping time can be up to 5 days.

Postage will be applied at the checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to the largest/heaviest item in your order.

Shipping costs for orders outside of the UK:

   - Greetings Cards - £1.25

   - Prints- £4.99

   - Original Art - £4.99

   - Large Prints - £10

   - clairecansew products - £10

 

Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, within 2-3 working days. Total shipping time can be up to 2 weeks.

 

afarcrycollective will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally, please consider this before placing an order. 

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Issues with delivery are more likely to occur with international orders.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in each country.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered: Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
